Step 1 - Log in to food.wb.gov.in first. 

Step 2 - Hover the mouse over the Ration Card option on the left side here. 

Step 3 - After moving the mouse to the Apply Online option, you will see a bunch of options on the right. 

Step 4 - Select the Apply For Update Of Mobile Number And Aadhaar Card For Already Existing Ration Cards (Form-11) option here. 

Step 5 - Now login with your mobile number via OTP.

Step 6 - If you can't remember which mobile number is linked, select the option I don't know which mobile number I have in my ration card on the login page and find out the phone number linked through your ration card number and section. 

Step 7 - After logging in you need to fill in some information in the first column, such as your family head with Aadhaar Number.

Step 8 - Once all the information is given correctly, enter your new mobile number.

Step 9 - Finally select Save and exit. Now the phone number in your Ration Card has been updated.
