The general public is not less enthusiastic about this budget. But compared to a thorough discussion of the budget, the eyes of the common man are on only two places. Every year when
the budget is presented by the central government, the general public shows the
most interest and engages in discussions on all these issues. This year also
continued in that continuity of every year. This time the list of the things
that people are most interested in, that is, the prices of things rising or
falling, came to the fore. However, some things are going to be cheaper
according to the budget. The cheapest items are clothing, diamonds and precious
stones, imitation jewelry, leather bags, shoes, chemicals needed to produce
petroleum products, steel by-products, mobile phones, chargers and agricultural
equipment.
Foreign goods
are on the list of things that are rising in price. Prices are rising,
including foreign umbrellas, imported imitation jewelry, single or multiple
loudspeakers, headphones and earphones, solar cells, photocopy machines,
electric toy equipment, solar modules and all kinds of imported items. In the
wake of the Centre's decision, experts believe that the Union Finance Ministry
has presented such a budget to emphasize the use of domestic goods.
Other notable
issues presented in the budget include 6 million jobs in 5 years,
simplification of tax structure, 6 million houses under Prime Minister's
Housing Scheme, 5G services launched this year, 1.5 million post office banking
services, the country's own digital currency, 400 new superfast bundled India
trains, 25,000 km of new roads, 200 TV channels for the convenience of
students, chip e-passport service is being launched.
