Facebook appeared with a special tool for the world of digital business, in the language of clothing called Facebook F8 Refresh. Mark Zuckerberg's company has announced a new set of new business tools at the developer conference. Multiple new tools for WhatsApp were announced on Wednesday.
While Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has turned F8 Refresh into a virtual event for Corona Supermarket, there has also been an emphasis on how developers can come forward using the company's platform for the same reason. Zuckerberg said, 'When developers have the right tools, they can develop something that works in everyone's life; which of course, made the video an overnight sensation.
Ankur Prasad, head of Facebook's business messaging division, said the company was giving developers access to Instagram's programming interface, which would actually help businesses create new messaging tools. As a result, if the customer wants, various features like automated reply can be used from the Instagram app. And for that, traders do not have to install any separate app.
The US company wants to show a new direction to traders from its own platform. Earlier, Facebook officials said that people have started leaving their homes again as the global lockdown has ended. And that's why Facebook announced the possibility of revenue reduction in the second half of this year.
At the same time, Facebook also said that the company is also discussing how to reach more businesses using WhatsApp.
